Mitchell V and the World is one of Canada's premier party bands! Made up of eleven of Toronto's top musicians, their novel sound of international hit music appeals to the younger upscale corporate audiences, as well as Baby Boomers. Exciting,danceable and all fun their song list consists of Pop, Retro, Funk and Motown classics, a bit of Swing, current Latin and Caribbean hits.

    Mitch, our lead vocalist, is a trained opera singer with a rock and roll background. He is known as one of the most versatile singers in the country, able to perform songs from such diverse acts as The Gipsy Kings, the operatic/romantic pop sound of Andrea Bocelli in the original languages with a real sense of authenticity ... and then, of course, has the ability to cover all your favorite rock 'n roll and R&B songs without missing a beat! Michael Buble, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley, Joe Cocker, The Police, The Rolling Stones, INXS... they're all here and many, many others. Our female leads, have great vocal range, and lively stage personalities and perform everything from "Man I feel Like A Woman" to " Love Shack"!

   Mitchell V and the World is a dynamic musical energy that has plenty of corporate experience to make any event not only successful, but a pleasure to organize. In the corporate market since 1998, we have performed for many of our clients not only in Canada, but also in The United States, Spain, France, Italy and Mexico.

   Mitchell V and the World consists of three lead singers and eight dynamic musicians, including a three-piece horn section of Trumpet, Sax and Trombone for that high energy "Big Band" sound. We can also accommodate smaller events with a scaled-down version of the band without losing that "Party" intensity! Finally, for added audience participation the Mitchell V and The World Dancers can show off and teach the latest Latin and Swing dance steps ... keeping everyone at the party on their toes!
